My 'DNA' result keeps changing! WHY?

I don't know why I got this notice, I haven't purchased anything for YEARS. Since my DNA results have changed, I question the accuracy & validity of your changing analytics & don't believe the results.

Im not sure which purchase this is in regards to. I purchased my kit several years ago and last year had the extra that showed people in history that I was related to. I discontinued the annual purchase and will one day purchase it for my son. Please let me know which purchase you are referring to.

I bought this a while ago. Found that a friend is now also a cousin! Glad to see no serious inherited diseases in my dna. Easy to use app.

I bought this service several years ago and I would estimate that 75% of the data is wrong. Not a single relative with a recognizable name, but hundreds upon hundreds of persons in countries where, according to our own family histories, we have never had relatives.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to spend hours filling out info that you then you say you know my history due to stuff you did. You are just giving me the info back I gave you. Not paying for anything more since I did like 80% of the fact gathering.
