I bought this about a year ago and even though I started with the basic I upgraded and did not like the upgrade much. The relatives never respond and I wish there was more

I have been amazed with the information given to me by 23 and me. Info so very accurate but also enlightening me about health issues that I need to be focus on so that I can remain healthy

Not happy with ancestry composition

I am not happy with 23&me because I can't get an update on my ancestry composition with the chip 4 that I was tested on. I can't upgrade to chip 5 because I had a stem cell transplant. I know you could give my new ancestry updated origins, but you just won't do it. I am on Ancestry and Family Tree DNA and I still get updates from them all the time and I tested way back before 2015 with them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've bought 2 kits from other companies and your was the only one that found my indigenous line and traces from areas I didn't know anything about. Your traits were pretty much right on the nose too.

Destroyed my life with 1 click of find my relatives. Turns out I have a half sister turns out nothing alike she cat fished me for over a year, turns out she's evil and psychotic. Biggest regret buying this test
