Not a fan. Once you drop the membership, you can’t access anything interesting without paying again.

I’m only completing this because I received an email asking me to leave a review for my purchase. I did purchase 23andMe many, many years ago, but I have not made any recent purchases.

Now a days, the more information that you can get about yourself, the better picture an AI tool can have about you, and the more narrow suggestions can be.

Not sure why I bothered to upgrade to the new chip. Nothing new really other than 23 and Me wanting more fees to review new reports despite completing lots of questionnaires that feed the data to begin with. 23 and Me is becoming a rip off and not worth the cost with other companies doing the same thing.

Unrealistic cancellation fees for a lame service.

Worst crusty service ever! I used the account once in two years. I got billed and when I command wanted to close the account, they hit me for a $25 cancellation fee.
