DNA match service is terrible and limited. Not what was advertised when I purchased the kit. Company non responsive.

I feel forgotten about…

I bought this kit in 2017 so it’s not recent (even though I got an email asking me to review a recent purchase). My ancestry testing has not been updated since 2021, though my close family (mother and first cousins) have joined since 2021. And theirs have just been updated. I feel like so far this has been $200 wasted, to be honest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't have the largest market but I've been able to have a functional medicine dr look at my tendencies oh, did I tell you it's how I found my Sister on Mom's side? It's been awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very surprised to receive your email

I am very surprised to receive an email from you about a “recent” purchase because I purchased a 23 and Me product more than two years ago!! I did not renew and don’t wish to. I did find the product very interesting and enjoyable but cannot afford it going forward.
I would recommend this to a friend!
