23 & Me is a great site where you can discover your genetic history that makes you, you. They are constantly upgrading the results of your sample to be as accurate as possible. I would highly recommend this service.

After using all the features of this product for many years, 23 and Me suddenly, and for no apparent reason, locked my account and is demanding that I send them a copy of my drivers license in order to give me access again. Given this company's poor track record with keeping their customers' private information out of the hands of the public, I am not willing to entrust them with an actual copy of my entire drivers license. They refuse to give me access to my own account and they refuse to refund any portion of the purchase price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I got first test, the customer service, the turn around time was great. But now, I have paid for 2 separate tests and 23 and me refused to give me results and refused to refund me even though they wouldn't give results. It has become a scam...buyer beware

Terrible, overrated, and way too expensive. The whole thing was anticlimactic for the cost and didn't tell me much to justify what they ask for. They also auto charged my card for a yearly subscription that seemed like a total scam. Thankfully they did give my money back, but I would not recommend them at all.
