Hi put this maybe 2 years ago maybe 3 now and it hasn't helped me find anybody related to me so I went ahead and go to ancestry I got more information from them than I did from you for the 2 years or 3 years I've been with you

Very disappointed with the new version of this co. Paid for a new kit, results came back and I could see even historical matches. Now you want $70(?) a year to see them. Then there’s another cost tier to see more. Come on now. What was the point of retesting if i have to pay even more for the results.

Tibetans mis-categorized

Disappointed that 23andMe is engaged in erasing the identity of the Tibetan ancestry by lumping them together with Chinese even though genetically they are distinct. Does 23andMe believe that the Tibetan ancestry of Ladakhi, Monpa, Bhutanese, Sherpa to be Chinese? Leave politics out of it and categorize the Tibetans as a distinct genetic grouping with diversity within it.

Nice at first. now the app doesn’t work.

It was nice at first, but the app became inoperable. First the ancestry module just spun indefinitely and would never pull up. Now I get the same thing whenever I open the app.

I bought a 23andme option MANY years ago. Why are you sending me this? I can only assume that someone is trying to access my personal information. Please check into this and let me know what is actually happening.

Honestly Waste of Money

Honestly I learned more talking with family and just doing my own research online or through free programs. Sure it was nice to where it’s believed I’m from based off other’s known DNA, but even once you get the results back it gives such a wide range that it really didn’t give me anymore narrowed down information that I didn’t already have. I was hoping at least I’d learn some things about myself health wise but that’s all just a gimmick to make you pay into subscriptions with them, so I was quite disappointed give I just paid over $200 to begin with. In my opinion, I’m not surprised the company is going under unfortunately

I really was hoping to get at least a few DNA dignoses of major health issues that are gentic. I think you guys should defiently work on this. or give us a free trial to see this becasue a monthly bill for that info is ridicoulous.
