Overcharging for little information

123 and Me has done everything in their power to lock up as many results as possible for "Premium" access. Pay a small fortune and you can see your health results. So much for paying for the health service years ago. Now, you can't see most of your data. It's ridiculous.

I was very happy with my results. I also gifted a kit to my son. Unfortunately he never received his results. We contacted customer service and still are not able to access results. Very disappointed.

Amazing. I discovered people I am related to that I was completely unaware of. The service is worth many times its cost simply for that.

We ordered it years ago and it was very disappointing. All our ancestry was evaluated wrongly and the results seemed less than fitting to our actual heritage and family tree. It was very wishy washy and a huge waste of our money.
