Haplogroups

I brought this test around a year ago am content with the results I got. Great test it breaks down my paternal and maternal side. I got also got haplogroups from both side which is great. I will like to know my tribal origin other than that its a great test..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing product horrific customer service.

They sent two kits instead of a single test kit for the US Health + Ancestry Service and double charged me split the tests into two separate accounts and the results on the accounts aren't even the same. So I basically paid double for nine tenths of a product. I spent hours talking to customer support and they did nothing and didn't even offer a refund for the extra they had charged me for

I bought this product and then 23andme shut down and my package never was received. Wasted money that I couldn't get back!!!!

Family you never knew!

I've been on the site for about 2 years now. 4 months ago I found a grandson matching my DNA, he is the son from my daughter that was adopted in 1975. Unfortunately my daughter had passed away in 2011,
I always thought of her over the years not knowing what became of her? I was 17, her mother 16 at the time of her birth. Her mother's parents forbid us from being together, and moved away. ME, I joined the Navy and disappeared for 20+ yrs.
Anyways after locating my grandson, come to out I have two and a great grandson as well! You never know who you might find?

Straight up sucks. When i first did this it caused a fight in the family. It said I was a bunch of races that did not match my dad and my mom. Then my dad died thinking he wasn't my dad and my mom cheated on him. Years later I check again and it matches my dad and mom. But that doesn't help. Both my parents are dead, of national cause. But my dad's side doesnt talk to me, my sister doesn't talk to me. What I can't just show up and say 23 fixed it.
