I bought this product several years ago. The bothersome email badgering me to make this review implied it was recent, which it is not, giving me a moment of panic that someone had gotten into my account. This is yet another on my list of grievances with this company's email practices towards customers.

I have had the 23 and Me Premium Membership for 2 years. It’s one of the services that I renewed with no hesitation. The genealogy benefits have helped me greatly in my family history research. The health information is invaluable. I have discovered things about my health through the service, and have shared that information with my doctors. The traits portion is interesting and my historical relatives send me on a search for more information. I would definitely recommend this app and purchase.

This was a Christmas gift a few years ago. It has been incredible to finally learn my family's ancestry and see how many relatives have shown that I knew nothing about. Looks like I don't have a small family afterall!

I’m a little disappointed in the fact that it does not care very much Detail in the DNA findings. I’m also disappointed in the fact that it’s not very user-friendly to find those details if they are there, I joined ancestry, my heritage, and. 23 and me, I found it to be more user-friendly with ancestry and then more detailed with my heritage. I don’t like the fact that they all seem to expire after so much time, even though we paid into it originally.

Can't get logged in. Haven't been able to for a long time. Got an email saing thank you for your resent purchase. It's been 3+ years. What resent perchase?
