Great service recent changes charge for updates

I’ve had my DNA and health report for many years now. I always enjoy when they make upgrades to their services because they would automatically apply that to my DNA and give me more results . When I originally did my test I was told that all updates would be at no cost but lately I’ve been asked twice for money in order to update my results. This is why I took off 1 star. The service is great but now I guess I won’t get many more updates. They’re not cheap and I refuse to pay for something I was told would be free.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your health is too important to not do this

Absolutely worth the price! Our family did the health test and we found out we had varients for conditions that we would need to follow up with a doctor about. The test gave us lots of peace of mind knowing genetic health traits and things we should address with our doctors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don’t possibly waste your money

I bought this a year ago and I was given the results of a sample other than mine. I know for a fact I am not adopted (like 23 and me tried to tell me) and I know for a fact I have extremely close relatives that have done this test but they do not show up on my results

I have been asking to cancel and remove my information for a year. It keeps saying that I will get an email and I never do. I do not want my information on here anymore. Please remove.

Don't waste your money

I was under the impression that I would be able to find my father or any part of that side of family. And the farthest I came to relatives were 4th and 5th cuzins. So that's pretty crazy after spending over $400.00. And then get my information stolen too. Do not recommend.
