I’ve reached out twice about how to access my ancestry report, and I’ve not heard back. I have lots of good reports about my health but not my ancestry. Please help.

I wanted to find my siblings on my father's side of the family who I never met and a friend ordered me a 23andme kit to begin my search.

Received my results in February and was quite please. I am impressed with the options to explore available. I did find one known relative. Unfortunately, I have not had time to do further explore. Hopefully, it will stay active until I find time.

I had a DNA testing from another company and the genealogy was very different. 23and Me asked about my parents where they were born and where I was born and gave me an answer. The other company did not asks anything, so they knew nothing of me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I cannot access my account though I have properly registered. I keep getting asked to enter my barcode to get started and there are no humans to help.

I bought my 23andMe premium with my GF a couple months ago, and I am impressed with my results!! to say the least. However I am a bit disappointed in how much MORE money you have to spend to get the real in depth results.
I would recommend this to a friend!
