Not what I expected

Although the results were interesting, I was not impressed with how deep the information went. It seemed to get much more there were many upcharges.

Can't see results

I've emailed the company and nothing changes. My dad can't see his results. I tried linking his account with mine since he isn't computer-friendly. It worked fine with my mom's. Dad's didn't, and now I'm stuck on the screen asking about setting up the kit. I can't get past it. None of us can get into 23 & ME at all. Huge letdown.

I purchased this plane several months ago and I’m not pleased with the results I received so far. All my maternal grandmother side is not listing all of her children at all and none of my cousins on my father side. It’s not listening nothing. I’m not satisfied with this

I never received the information I signed up for on my health. Instead I got several emails to upsell me. I see why you’re going out

Mind blowing results

My son was curious about an adopted grandmother, ask me to join him on doing a test as well. I ended up with a new Father, two half brothers and a half sister!!!!! So much information!!
