The basic kit and service includes VERY LITTLE. After sending in your sample, you'll get bombarded with upsell and cross-sell offers, but I got nothing from their initial service. Their results dashboard is just a mashup of add-on components. Can't help but view this as a total waste of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible customer service

Brought the kit from Amazon which had a damaged shipping label, called customer service to sent a replacement label took 6-7 subsequent emails and still haven’t received the replacement nearly a week later.

After buying my expensive test, I thought there would be information included. It’s $125 to see any extra info. At least ancestry give you a free trial. Like offer at least a week or month trial at a discounted price. I only looked at the site once and I guess that’s it since I can’t afford anything more
