Not what I expected at all

Sadly my daughters bought this “ premium” package and all I got as far as I am concerned is a regurgitation of what I told you all! What? I told you my mother was 100% Italian from Naples/Bari area and my dad was 100% Austrian Czech from which is now Austrian and the Czech Republic. Duhhh. I also got one name of a distant cousin! One! The constant barrage of up selling from the get go is really disgusting. We have this but you have to upgrade! What in God’s name is the premium package.
I can’t even open it anymore BECAUSE you keep for a verification code which doesn’t post and by the time it does your access app says it’s the wrong code or some such. I verify data each time and get the same stupid request for a verification code. Once is enough !
Terrible programming especially for someone who is 78 old on Saturday.

Absolute great features!

My daughter gave this to me for Christmas and I'm so glad she did! I have been able to connect with a cousin on my father's side that I have never met. And learn my family's ancestry. I highly recommend this to anyone that is interested in learning more about family and where you come from!

IT IS A SCAM

I paid for 2 kits plus premium memberships. They charged for a 3rd under a phony name. Then when I tried to use my account to see my results they charged me for a 4th membership. The only info they have is the information I PROVIDED THEM! It Is A Scam! Save your money DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
