A complete rip off

I never received any report except for one saying I was related to neanderthal man and another email asking for more money. This company is a complete fraud.

I bought this product a month ago and don't quite understand the information that sent me I thought I would have a lot of information about distant relatives and so forth

Very general results, no mention of Native American blood; also bought kits for children but they refused to participate due to fears the company’s not abiding by its promise to safeguard the results.

Wish ancestry was an optional add on.

I was very happy with the medical information. I did not realize I was purchasing only that. I was excited to also learn about my ancestry only to realize it was not included, nor could I add it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing long wait

I bought it during Black Friday and sent it in right after I got it. The system was great and even gave me a timeframe of about a week after New Years. I was fine with it at first, but then it got bumped another week. Then eventually the date disappeared. I was given no timeframe and didn't get my results until mid February months after I sent it in, meanwhile I was inundated with a bunch of ads to upgrade to premium when I still hadn't gotten the results.
