Highly Disappointed

I received this as a gift from my daughter. It was supposed to be ancestry and health for $99. It was JUST health for the same price! The health reports are worthless, useless. Multiple requests for my participation in surveys! That's not what I signed up for... you're supposed to give me valuable information, not me giving you information for your research and statistics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Incessant begging for money

#1 way too many emails
#2 this was a GIFT. Why should I have to enter a payment method? RIDICULOUS
#3 A million emails before I get my results
#4 extra charges to see anything
#5 it's not even accurate, re: health traits
#6 constantly asking for more money on each individual feature
#7 the app is really slow. Why do I have to wait every time I tap on something? Connected to wifi and I have a brand new phone. No issues with any other apps.

Not exactly accurate

The results of this told me I didn't carry the gene for colon cancer, yet both of my grandfathers died of it and my father, sibling and I all had precancerous polyps. It also told me a few other issues were not detected that arw in fact in my family history. This was a waste of money in my opinion.

Once you log in and check your results. The information is completely worthless. Anything else you want to find out is an upgrade. A total rip off and a waste of time. I highly recommend no one should purchased this crap.

The information you get after purchasing the kit and getting the results is informative, but to get to the information about ancestors or to unlock certain things about your DNA you have to pay more for subscriptions. I wish this pricing would have been more upfront when I purchased the kit. The kit said Health + Ancestory but most thag info is locked unless you purchase a monthly/yearly plan. Anymore you never know what your getting because everyone wants more money and everything always has to lead to a subscription to make the upfront pricing look more approachable.
