Can't complete my registration

This was a Christmas gift from my son. The system does not recognize me or my email after repeated attempts by me and customer service to correct. My email address is correct because 23 and me send out daily updates.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Found my father

I was matched with my biological father unexpectedly and it was a blessing! My intention was to match with someone else in particular and then the surprise of finding my father was amazing

DNA results are not accurate and to get any information from ANYTHING on the site, you have to pay more. I wish I wouldn't have bought a kit. Waste of time and money. Ancestry is much better.

Too expensive

They keep pushing the expensive premium subscription that includes the health information but I’m only interested in the ancestry side. There is no ancestry only like with Ancestry.

23 and me has been the biggest waste of my time effort and energy and money. They tell you that they have new records of your family and you click on it and then it says you can see this if you pay the upgrade so it's false advertising when they send you emails so it's just spam spam spam and more spam in your folder that is terrible. when we bought the Health box we thought we were actually going to get some news about our health but they only gave us maybe five things that's it and three we already knew because we have healthcare. Telling me that I am at 40% chance of late term diabetes is nothing that is really helpful under health. giving me a family tree program that doesn't work because it's not meant for cell phones in this day and age it's pretty pathetic. telling me everything I already know about my last two generations and then not knowing anything about my past generations even though I know it is pretty pathetic and then when I click on one of my past places it says do you wanna know more about Norway please pay more. Any of the census paperwork that they want to show me and charge me more for I can find on the Internet and I have already found on the Internet so please give me something that's not pathetic
