I see very few information than expected

One of my expectations from 23andme is to uncover the lost relatives over time. 23andme identifies me in Southern Indian Subgroup. This group has less data than expected. Also, it have uncovered only up to 5th cousin levels. Not above it. I guess it could be because 23andme is not available in India. Another reason that I went with 23andme was to understand the health information (Health & Trait) through genetics. Again, in so many topics, it covers only a few variants and makes it insufficient information.

My husband bought this for me since I was adopted. It did give me some basic things. However, if you want to know the details or relatives closer to your DNA, you must pay a ridiculous amount of money to get those results. It's so disappointing since this test is not cheap to start with.It is very deceptive, it gives you just enough to get you excited but the part that you really want or need comes with a price tag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My daughter encouraged me to do this and I got it as a gift from her our entire family is going through this and we all have high hopes to learn so much

More than I could have asked for

My wonderful husband bought this for me for Christmas and I sent it in. This meant more to me than anything. I was adopted and I was able to find a first cousin who then lead me to my mom! And I am so excited I get to meet her in 2 weeks and I am over the moon. Not only did I learn more medical information but I also and most importantly found her!

Very difficult to navigate

And difficult to comprehend the report’s data. I need someone to help me navigate and explain the data you developed from my DNA. Otherwise it’s useless to me. Please reach out to me and be prepared to walk me through the report and explain the significance of each item.
