Delays and More Delays

I purchased this. Completed the “spit” test. Sent it in. They sent an email stating “received”. They gave specific dates for completion. Never completed during those times and I would receive updates saying there were delays and more time needed. Each “stage”, the same thing happened. If you cannot complete the job in a timely basis, don’t be in the business. All they kept doing was sending me ads to “upgrade” from what I ordered. I just want to get what I ordered…and on time!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
