It didn't tell me as much as some of my family who did 23 and me 3 years ago

I sent in a kit for me and another person. I got mine back in a timely matter but my friend is still waiting. It’s been since July 23,2024. Our kits was noted they received both the same day. I have called and both times get a standard email saying it is taking a little longer than expected and I should be getting the results. I told them that I would like my money back or send me a new kit at no charge so we can start over. I get nothing. I would really like to get this resolved.

would of liked a better DNA, was so nondescript! also was bought to reveal genetic tendencies, again very disappointed by lack of details!

Not impressed at all. My father did his DNA with memorial Hermann and he got alot more details about his ancestry composition. I could have told y'all I was Pakistani ..
That's generic. memorial Hermann gave percentage about his make up ..for example 68% Panjabi...and 28% Gujarati.23 and me just said ..u r Pakistani..
That's boring and something I already knew. Very disappointed!

I'm glad this was a gift because I'd be highly upset if I wasted my money on this. All the "features" aren't what its hyped to be. I would compare this to one of those surveys you fill out and it populates a graph, but instead of typing you have to fill out a lot more and pay for it. Even worse was the "compensation" after the data breach.
