Very disappointing: it’s hard to navigate the results and very few results are actually given to you compared to what you expect

I expected a lot more. They wouldn’t even send me a copy of my results! Not even for an extra fee!

I bought this not expecting much. Turns out I'm a mut when it comes to my heritage. But I also learned that I have an uncle who was adopted out when he was a baby! So learned I have more family!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frustrated

I received my results but for some reason, the system will not accept my password. Every time I update the password, it still tells me it is incorrect. So as of today, I still have not been able to read my results. I would have liked to get them on paper. Very frustrated considering what I paid for this.

They really don't test for a lot, and the app is quite annoying to actually see the information.
I got this to burn some hsa finds, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless that's what your doing.

Great app/gaps in details

I like the explanations and features included in the app that relates to individual results. However I was expected to receive a deeper insight regarding my ancestry report, specially since is a considerable number above 33% indicating indigenous Americans in my own case, the continent is considerably larger to not have a localized indication of this percentage.

I thought the test would give me more information than it did. Not the ancestry information that I was looking for. But hey if you want to know that you have a trait for brown eyes or fear of heights then by all means this is the test for you.
