I didn't think I was paying to take classes

I bought about 6 weeks ago and sent in our specimens immediately. Supposedly there are results to see, but all I get are classes, tutorials, guidance and verbiage. I also see dozens of offers for a little more for a little more money.
SO FAR I DO NOT SEE THE RESULTS in any understandable form. I paid you, now what did you find out?
I heard people say things like, "I was surprised to find my ancestors were from Antarctica" and such, but neither of us have seen anything we can understand to talk about.
I am frankly embarrassed that I fell for the scam.

Fun and Learned Some Things

Im related to Otsi the iceman! I also have a dozen other Historical Matches that are exciting and interesting. I learned that I have genetic disposition for acne and weight, so its not just my fault for too much chocolate. Its fun to.

Joined to be part of the database of people with lung cancer. No sign of when I’ll see that but have been constantly pitched to buy add on services.

The entire reason for getting a DNA test done was to find true DNA results. The DNA results was incorrect

I’ve been told this isn’t accurate and is based on my surveys which told you your replies, I’ve learned nothing new at all, and received information about my ex stepmoms family only,who I could care less about as it was 60 yrs ago..

I've had a couple of bad experiences. First, it was necessary to resend my sample because something happened to the first one, which was frustrating. Now the health information doesn't appear in the report. It's discouraging to have problems and to have to send emails all the time, which take a long time to reply.
