My wife and I sent ours in at the same time, my was done on 9-5-24 and my wife apparently is lost as of 9-19-24. Be glad to change the review if you can find my wife's 23and me!!!!

We were suggested to do this by our Shaklee Rep and on their web site but there is no way to do it. Very disappointed.
