Got What We Wanted With Good Communication

We were curious about doing an ancestry service. This satisfied our curiosity. Great communication but too many ads for additional services not desired.

Vague and Made up Results

I am going to keep this short. I am Native American and not one finding said anything about NA ancestry. My grandfather and grandmother were 100% Navajo and Creek on my dad's side. My mom has 100% Apache on her father side. The results came back I was Irish and British lol. They get passed the huge discrepancy by stating it is a test of where old dna from before your actual lineage came from matches with CURRENT members DNA. So technically they are saying one they can't actually pull your true recent dna. Second they can only give you hits on DNA from current and past tested members. So they can literally just send you results with a vague and common ancestry line and say it relates because it was your line from say 1,000 years ago.I would relate it to paying a psychic to read your fortune and they give you a reading using knowledge they can see in front of them and common key words that could literally pertain to anyone. Like " One day you will meet a mate. You will have success at some point in your life that will change things for you." Do not waste your money if you actually want to know what you are and where you came from because they do not know and will just fabricate what could be your lineage from caveman days.

Easy to submit my DNA

I bought this for me and my husband but his turned out very detailed since his origins were mostly European. My result were very lackluster in comparison, it’s confusing being broadly generalized in all of my results. I hope that with more people trying this out, my results can become clearer.

We got the DNA Information but we're expecting “health” information that was supposed to come with the more expensive kit. I can’t find it.

It took forever to get and was not very informative at all. I was trying to really trace my ethnicity and they combined results by says British and German %. How do I know how much of each?

Took way too long to get 100% of where I know my parents immigrated from. Portugal has roots in other parts of Europe, so I know my ancestry goes beyond Portugal. But a waste of $
