I thought I would learn something. I already knew where my mother and father came from. I had been told different places and I'm 100% one thing which is surprising.

The initial kit comes with a year of access. I’m being blocked from accessing my results until I enter more credit card info.

Just got results about a month ago- navigation to my relatives is not as easy as assumed and comparably to competitors . Overall interface still learning not as intuitive as I assumed it would be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was given as a gift.. first try was unsuccessful, redo was fine.. not totally what I expected.. it was vague not very detailed.

Honestly I was expecting more out of this for what was paid I was doing DNA testing trying to research who my father is and I have all these distant relatives but none of that ties in to help me and so far none of these people are connecting with me as well and then there's only two family members that show up on my mother's side who I'm already aware of I don't know I guess I was just expecting more and I don't think it's fair to have to do a membership to get more details for closer relatives that should have been that should have been disclosed at the beginning before purchase
