I did not get what I wanted out of it

Not really was what i was looking for. I am on the hunt for my dads side of the family and i didn't realize that you would only be connected to other people who have taken a 23 and me. overall, wouldn't purchase again.

I was so excited to get this done, but after doing it and finally getting results I was disappointed because there wasn't anything new for me.

I purchased a kit for DNA and have really been enjoying all the info this has provided and the genealogy information. The health information has been a positive bonus. Highly recommend. It’s all very easy and I have learned so much. I’m getting my siblings and kids to test also.

Interesting, but oversold.

I bought the premium package. It does provide more info than the Ancestry package. There is a lot of new information I was unaware of. But I find it irritating that a lot of the depth on health indicators requires another significant investment. And you then get solicited regularly to upgrade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Deceptive marketing

You learn extremely limited information about your ancestry and health with the initial test. Spent another $150 ish for details about my health that I would have assumed were included in the original purchase and even then there is still a ton of information that is kept behind yet another pay wall. What a joke. If I could go back and save all of my money I would.

Horrible Experience!

My family bought me this as a gift. Even though it’s paid for I can’t access my results. They require you to give your credit card info to access their report. IT’S PAID FOR! I contacted customer support but they gave me the run around and refused to provide what my family had already purchased until I gave them my credit card too. What a complete rip off and scam to try to get you to give your financial details.
