Not what I expected

Not really what I expected. I expected more health information for the price. The geneology part was just okay and overly generalized. I question the accuracy. I've had friends use competing products, and those seem better.

All the membership plans are too confusing

I have sent in may sample & was waiting When I bought the kit I thought tha was it and I was waiting for results Then I got emails wondering what membership plan or whatever I wanted. It is too confusing So far I have purchased nothing but I want to do so. Wish I could talk to a human as I am not sure what I need / can afford. So far I don't recommend 23 & me but that may change if I can get help Thank you.

The premium was a waste of money. It didn't give me any valuable insight. Told me what I was LIKELY to have based on genetics and most of it was wrong anyway (i.e. said I was unlikely to have dimples and freckles, I have both).

I bought this kit for the whole package of DNA and health facts. It turns out you have to pay extra for the « premium » health information and then you need a membership if you want to access all your data. Ridiculous for how much you charge for it.

The expectation with purchasing the health DNA was to receive all without having to purchase an additional 59.00$ membership fee to unlock all features. I admit to to purchase for 100.00 on prime day with the original price 250.00- seems like all features should be included hence why this package was chosen…

I received this as a gift. I sent the sample in and when I tried to review the results they prompted me to upgrade to the premium package and asked for a payment method. I do not want the premium package and I never have seen the results. I see this product as some type of scam. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
