Customer service absolutely sucks!

Bought a test for 269, for my daughter. When she tried to get her results, they said she OWED MORE MONEY! 4 phone calls, all disconnected and no resolution. Today is last day to get a refund and I guarantee we won’t hear back from anyone and do not qualify for refund. A 269.00 mistake I wi NEVER make again. I’ll make sure my relatives know not to use your product.

Was a Christmas gift from my son and his wife. They both had their's done and I had a feeling his wife wanted to know from whom he got his good manners and big feet. Was hard to fill up that tube with saliva, as the first testing didn't work. I had to do it twice. But it was worth it. Things showed up when we compared our results. Then I realized half his DNA he got from his father too. How we laughed! My sister was big in tracing our family tree and this confirms a lot, and yet it opened still more questions.

It feels great and makes you feel "whole " . It's amazing to understand everything about who I got parts of my ethnicity from. The health reports make it worth the money. I 100% recommend getting the kit plus the health reports.

I received this kit as a gift from my fiance because he was curious about where my family is from. Both my grandmothers lost a parent at a young age, and records were not preserved. I have a big family on both sides, and all the stories are different depending on how you ask- so he wanted to help me find out. Not only did I find out where my ancestors came from, but I also learned I have relatives I never knew about... and some deep dark family secrets as well. Nonetheless, very cool to know.
