Purchased the wrong kit

I didn’t get the ancestry results like I wanted and I have to buy a whole new kit to actually get those even tho they still have my saliva

Unable to see all reports without paying more

I paid over $220 for the DNA and Health reports but now I have to pay an additional $69 to see the majority of my health results. If I had known that I would not have even done the test.

I'm glad I purchased this test and providing the initial sample and setting up the portal was super easy. My results came back quicker than expected and have been very easy to read and understand.

Rubbish! I did not find one single ancestor. Not one. Only 3rd and 4th cousins. Totally useless to me.
