No surprises - vague information

I got this on sale and just wanted to find out what 23andme would find out. My genetics info was no surprise, but I hoped for more details/specifics. The health related "reports" were either avg risk or slightly above risk and i believe this was only due to how I filled out the huge amount of survey's BEFORE the sample was processed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They make you buy more to get the full report.

Paid almost $200 and got some info but now it’s another $70 a year to get the rest of the information I thought I already paid for. SMH. Rest info I got was great. Just should have been all inclusive.

I bought this to see if I had the Alzheimer's gene and it was the only test it said was inconclusive. I'm not happy about that

No new info and incorrect info

I was disappointed with the results from my testing. The physical features report was clearly wrong - in multiple categories, I was 75% or more likely to NOT have physical features that I do. I was hoping to get some answers to some ongoing health issues, but there was no new information in this report. The extra reports to record health are tedious and don't seem to have a connection to my results. There are a lot of categories and the presentation of the categories doesn't make much sense. Also, I did not get a notification when my results were ready, so I had to check the app on my own. Overall, I was really disappointed with this experience.

I bought this 3 months ago it took three times to get them to actually get the results they never shared the first two with me and I feel as though I was dooped!!!
