Money Grab ...

I paid for a kit. Sent in my sample. Received notice that my data was ready to review. HOWEVER. I can only view my data if I provide a credit card for renewal purposes next year. NOPE. not going to happen. I paid for my tests and I expect the results to be given to me without providing a credit card.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A bit confused

Thought I was paying to get upgraded to premium when I paid $125 on top of the basic traits pack. The last email I got (asking to leave a review here) said that I did indeed become a premium member. However, I still don't see the "Historical Matches" option available to me, and looks like now they are also asking to pay $69/year on top to make this feature available to me. I'm confused. Liked my basic "traits package," but anything on top of that quickly gets confusing.

I am not happy with the service. I paid for the premium package and they want me to upgrade everything. I paid around $125 and I have to upgrade to get my results??? Very little family information. I will not recommend

I found a brother I didn't know I had. Full brothers, he luckily was given to for adoption an really good family scooped him up. We look exactly alike. I can't wait to start talking

Eyeopening!

I found the characteristics and traits results of my DNA test to be highly accurate. Everything from the kind of hair I have to my capacity to run long distances was 100% spot on. I was happy to see that the findings lined up with my genealogy research. I highly recommend 23andMe for anyone who wants to better understand themselves.
