Format of the Reports

I have created a folder on my PC to place a copy of each report when they become available. Why do I have to print the report, scan as a pdf, and then place in the folder? Is there not a way to Save As the document and put it right into the folder?

My relative results were not accurate.

I received as a gift. I was excited to receive this gift. But very disappointed that they gave me inaccurate information about a relative. Has this happened to anyone else?

didn't realize the DNA relatives feature can be turned off so now i am not sure if i am seeing all my relatives because they could have turned it off - i would not have purchased if i had understood this beforehand

Great DNA results but hidden behind a pay wall

Was happy to see where I came from. But for any more info but the basic you have to pay more so I paid 125 to unlock health reports and to unlock more ancestry results only to find that 125 only unlocks limited things to TRULY see everything you also have to pay 69 more dollars. The part that makes it all the more worse their wording is tricky making you think it's 125 now then 69 a year after that. And that's not how it is it's 125 now and 69 now to really unlock everything. Not happy feel like I've been taken advantage of and the extra 125 I paid was for nothing.
