It was easy to understand. But when you email or message people they don't connect. I would like to find my father..I'm closer but not there.

Easy to use but advertising is misleading

The kit itself is super easy to use. I bought the health+ancestry and was excited to see all the different reports. Except a lot of the reports are hidden behind a paywall and you can only access them with a subscription. Won’t be recommending the health+ancestry to anyone, but the ancestry alone instead.

Thankful for this because we have found my mom’s biological family! Her adoption was closed and I had my DNA match with people on her side.

Waste of money

Very general info. Lumped in Germany and France.
Said I was English (I'm not), and added English to Irish and Scottish.
What percentage of each. Very disappointed.
To top it off they were asking for info on my parents and grandparents.
