Not Excellent, But Very Good

The information received was consistent when other DNA test results from other sites. However, I was led to believe that 23 & Me would be able to identify my DNA to specific tribes. But that didn't happen. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for specific tribes. But, other than that I would recommend it

Interesting but not many results

The results were interesting, but there was not nearly as much information as I was hoping for as far as the health piece goes. I should have done more research before purchasing. This has a very limited scope as far as what they do actually test.

you could tell me who my real father was you didn't even have my mother noted in the family tree . you indicated who my father was with 4 female name and one male name ? all you told me is my heritage which i already knew thanks

Just so-so

Ancestry results were different than my brother's eye were. I'm a little curious how two people born to the same parents with the same family can have different ancestry? I was drawn to do this by the promise that there were so many traits and variants that were going to be tested for. I got my results and was completely underwhelmed. Nearly every result I got said that people with similar profiles had a nearly 50% chance of developing whatever condition. Everyone essentially has a 50% chance of developing any condition. But there were no physical traits even tested for other than dimples. And again, I have a nearly 50% chance of having dimples. No kidding.
I paid way too much money and waited too long to find out that nothing of any real substance.

Bought this with the intention of learning more abo my family and it did exactly what advertised. Told me exactly what countries I expected my background to be but it told me the areas which was honestly pretty baller.

Very catchy

This was such an amazing and interesting project! My mom was adopted at 13months old and that was about 80+years ago. Nothing was ever discussed about her biological mother and father. I have 5 siblings and they all had different ideas about her background. This was an eye opening experience!
