Sub standards

I see it as a generic form of genetics that are not well-analyzed. I see many of my friends are related to me by claiming that they are my distant cousins, etc & it doesn't match my first cousin’s analysis of our family tree. This study isn't impressive & is substandard to what other studies show. The cost of this study exceeds the worth of finding results which I found worse than the family tree that my cousin created. It’s like getting a factory-lined test.

Learning new things and found my adopted sister

I purchased this in Jan as a late Chris gift for myself. I did it for the health information with a slight interest in DNA matches. My results came back and my half sister who was adopted at birth was the first match! We have been able to connect and start to build a relationship! She is 54 and I am turning 44! Crazy the similarities and we never knew one another!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was gifted a kit, spit and sent it in. But after you tell me I can see the results, I can't get into it. I had not saved the bar code number. Thought I was toast. I bought a kit, spit, sent it in and took a pic of the bar code. Now, you're showing the old info as well as the new, saying I have an identical twin. There is just one of me. Can you clean this up or tell me what I need to do?

DNA donut chart and map are difficult to use.

The colors in the donut chart are too similar and You can’t zoom in and out on the map. It is not mobile device friendly.

Waste of time

Wow this was a thoughtful gift BUT told me nothing. I am deleting this account. They won’t let you see the stupid report until you give them credit card information to “renew” next year. Nope not falling for that. Cancel after you get your tiny bit of information

While I’m sure you are a great company. I’m often the one who gets selected for when things go wrong. No different here either. I didn’t get what I paid for and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me regarding the problem.

Great customer service

I sent my first sample in and it was delayed and was told that there wasn’t enough DNA to do the test so they sent me a new kit to do and send back. Have my results and am not surprised by them.
