This is the second DNA testing company I have tried and the first (CRI) had way more information and more legitimate science and accuracy than 23 and Me. I only tried 23 and Me because the first one I used does not connect you with family members like 23 and Me. Overall, this is an okay product with basic information and way too many questions for the pricing (you're supposed to tell me what you find, not ask me over 600 questions). Would recommend if you're trying to find family, but not for great results.

Beware I purchased the kit + annual membership 2 months ago & was charged again for another year membership and have to prove it by sending them a copy of my charge

Forced to purchase

I am enjoying my DNA analysis results, but it was absolutely ridiculous that you forced me to enter a credit card number and enroll in a premium subscription before I was allowed to see the results I purchased with my kit. There was no option to decline. I paid for the kit for the purpose of seeing my results, not for the opportunity to mail you my saliva. It is in your interest only, and not mine to require my credit card number after I had already paid for the kit. Perhaps you would like me to forget to cancel, or perhaps you'd like to link my card number to my phone app and my DNA results? Either way, I was very angry when you gave me no option to see my results without first entering my card information.

Didn’t tell me anything new and almost all of the traits it said I have are completely wrong. Don’t waist your money.

Great medical information

My medical results showed increased risk for 4 conditions of which I had 3. I was greatly reassured that I am not at increased for many life threatening conditions.
