Happy with results

I am very happy with the medical results...having one variant "ain't so bad." However, I love seeing my heritage and where I come from. I am most thrilled about the genetic side and how far back I go. I find that the most satisfying experience.

Waste of Money

I bought two of these one for myself and one for my daughter. Absolute waste of money. I should have went with my original vendor and not wasted time and money on this useless product.

I don't see the need for you to hold my CC# for a year to renew the + option. Why instead of you notifying me that it' going to be charged to my CC to continue. When all you have to do is REMIND me if I want to extend it you need my CC# then. I didn't appreciate or liked that I had to do that. This day and time it's very critical how you use your CC online. Having my CC# stored in your system isn't something I approve of. I'm sure you're taking precautions, but hackers can find a way.

Not what i expected

Although both my wife and I ordered kits, mailed them back same day, we have only received my results. It's been nearly a month difference with little to no feedback from the company about her delay. We cant get ahold of the company to ask specific questions.
My individual experience was blah, Ive been informed I may have a couple of cousins but unless they are checking the app for messages... Im unable to move further. Only customers of 23 and me are available to be genetically matched, which I suppose would make sense but I had some hopes it might reach further when we purchased our kits. 2 stars out of 5 seems like a good rating for our experience

Really Glad I Finally Went For It

Even though I've super white and figured I was mostly from the UK, with some Swiss, I learned much more. Yes, I'm super white, but mostly Scandinavian, and that's really surprising. No clue.
