I received this last year as a gift that I was wanting for a long time, I got my results and felt like I knew myself a little better. I don’t know my father so knowing where the other half of me came from was fascinating. I highly recommend!

I've been a part of 23andme for one year. After many years of research I finally found the missing link, my grandmother! Thanks to 23andme I found cousins I never knew I had!

Your results from 23andMe can only show you what can be seen in your DNA. Our Ancestry Composition feature assigns ancestry percentages based on your genetic similarity to our 45 reference populations and over 1500 regions worldwide.

I have three different DNA companies I was working with to get my DNA results.
I have to say 23andMe is by far the most thorough in depth system out there today.
I do my research, and this company is exceeding my expectations.

Family history validated!!

My mother was a descendant of ancient Armenian Mamigonian family. What was known about her heritage was validated by the DNA. Test kits given to my husband (90) and me (81) for our birthdays in November.
