I spat in a cup a few years back and have been amply rewarded! I've found out things that I knew about myself, and things that I wouldn't have even thought to check about. I like the surveys and the updates; thank you!

I got 23andMe as a gift. I had never heard of 23andMe before that. I keep thanking my sister for this gift. I’ve learned so much about myself and about my DNA which surprised me because I was told growing up that I was just English and German. I’m so happy I’m a lot more then that.

I am naturally very curious, so I love all of the info I get from 23 and Me. As the science improves, they update me - these reports are great to share with my kids (and grandkids).

LOVE this company! Found more relatives that were Close relatives than any other DNA company.
I am one of the very lucky ones to receive a health report with my DNA! Helped me find possible precursors so I was able to to change diet and exercise just in case anything genetically to occur. I figured if Health insurance companies get to use my DNA to determine what I was classed as It would be a good thing to know what they were looking at.

Shocked Yet Fascinated!

I was adopted and grew up knowing a little of my biological mother, but grew up around people of Italian ancestry, including my biological mother. I was therefore hesitant to participate in a DNA study. I was initially shocked at the results and to learn that my ancestry was not completely what I thought it was. Not as much Italian ancestry as I had expected, mostly Northern European. I quickly became fascinated with my actual ancestry and I admit that it is pretty cool to know where I came from. Also, the health portion is a great resource. I will recommend a DNA test to anyone and everyone. If you are initially surprised at the results, take a deep breath and read on. I am certain you will be equally fascinated by your results as I am.

Where else can you get such comprehensive genetic reports, revealed to you in a way that helps you understand their meaning? The 23 and Me reports helped me make important healthcare decisions for myself and my family that I would not have known about before.

Having a VERY DIFFICULT time finding messages.

I have the app on my iPhone & I also login on a PC. I've inadvertently found some messages from possible relatives on the phone but now cannot find them again ...not even on the PC. It should be easier.

I started my journey into my DNA with 23 and Me because I did not know my father or anything about him. I was not looking for him just answers to about my health.
Long story short my 2nd cousin on my fathers side found me. After meeting Jeanette she lead me to find my half sisters!
