Having a VERY DIFFICULT time finding messages.

I have the app on my iPhone & I also login on a PC. I've inadvertently found some messages from possible relatives on the phone but now cannot find them again ...not even on the PC. It should be easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So simple and interesting

I started my journey into my DNA with 23 and Me because I did not know my father or anything about him. I was not looking for him just answers to about my health.
Long story short my 2nd cousin on my fathers side found me. After meeting Jeanette she lead me to find my half sisters!

Website still needs work

Navigation of this website is NOT intuitive. There are also some glitches IMO. For example, when 'hovering my mouse' over the region assigned to see which DNA is from that region, a paragraph of explanation shows up, covering a portion of the DNA chart. It does not disappear but stays on top of the DNA chart.
Another irritation is that there is no way a customer can write to the 23&Me staff for clarification or even complaint. I am using this 'review' site as a source to possibly get someone on the staff of 23&Me to respond!
Also, the map of where my DNA relatives are located could be more informative. As it stands now, it is just a simple chart of the US with colored in states that have no real meaning. So, how many relative live here or there, your guess is as good as mine.
So make it easy to CONTACT you or I would not have used this method of hoping you would read my concerns.

These results are definitely not correct 100% I am enrolled Cherokee nation member and more that 2%

Thank you for your feedback. Having Native American DNA is different from having Native American ancestry. We understand that the distinction between ancestry and DNA can cause confusion.
Your results from 23andMe can only show you what can be seen in your DNA. Native American DNA is often lost with time and with every generation and may not be revealed in testing such as ours. For example, it only takes a couple of generations from a full-blooded Native American to lose all trace of Native American DNA.
Currently 23andMe has several features that can reveal genetic evidence of Native American ancestry, although they are not considered a confirmatory test or proof of such ancestry in a legal context.
This does not mean that you do not have Native American ancestry or that your family heritage as passed down through the generations is incorrect.
