Won't connect my brother and me as siblings

My brother and I both did the 23 and me. It has connected us by paternal haplogroup which I was unable to see until his results came in, but it still does not register us as brother and sister. Why?

My wife claims she has native American indian heritage but her report doesn't reflect that, why? She is 100% positive she has American indian heritage

Didn’t tell me much... my husbands family are all from the Netherlands and Dutch and Netherlands were not even listed!

Excellent...with one odd result

Fast and easy and helpful. One glitch, neither I nor my reported first cousin can resolve. I and my mother only children, yet my maternal side shows first cousin. The first cousin on the other side of the country has no clue either as no relationship to me or my mother shown. We have written each other on this without success in solving this DNA conclusion. As former registrar of vital records in Connecticut I have seen and researched the records of my mother and myself and mom had no sister that would give me an aunt or first cousin named Tammy in Nevada. Or did she?

Overall, I would refer to a friend; however, more info initially would have more desirable not so much of "halo" stuff

I have a large family and some have taken this DNA test. Not one person on my relative dna list is known to me. In addition my relative dna started out at 1173 now its down to 1113. How does that happen?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. If you are not seeing your relative in your DNA Relatives list, they likely aren't opted in to the DNA Relatives feature within their account. Keep in mind that DNA Relatives is an optional feature that we make available to members who have been genotyped by 23andMe. In order to view a match within DNA Relatives, both parties need to participate in this feature. Please ensure that your relative has selected to participate in DNA Relatives.
For this reason, you may see your number of relatives decrease if your matches opt out of DNA Relatives or the 23andMe service. As new matches are found, they will also be continually added to your list. Therefore, your total number of matches is expected to change over time.
