I am very satisfied with this test. It gave me detailed insight to my dna ancestry. I love that I have met family I didn't know existed.

I'm really very new to the 23 & me DNA but am finding it fairly easy to navigate and find my relatives. I have had success in finding one of my 4th cousins who has given me valuable information.

Good and bad

It's to hard to use. I keep having trouble with passwords and the security questions. I do like the information and did find a cousin that I didn't about. I would enjoy it a lot more if I didn't have so many problems loging in I would like to keep it open so I wouldn't have to log in all the time

I have been able to locate close cousins that I probably would not have found without the service of internet-based genetic analysis and comparison. The website is awkward to use - bulky, confused, poorly interconnected. I should think it would be easy (and not overly expensive) to send hard-copy material to customers, rather than provide everything only on the website. Perhaps when the website is "improved," it really will be. Or perhaps I will become more proficient at navigating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your online 23andMe account contains information that is automatically updated as we are able to improve our existing reports and add new reports. 23andMe is exclusively an online service, and we do not provide a printed or printable report via mail or email.

To view your results, log into your account at https://www.23andme.com/user/signin/ with your account email address and your password to access and explore the information.

My half-sister found me!

So thankful I sent my DNA sample to 23AndMe. I was adopted shortly after birth. I've wondered for decades if I had any family out there. Lo and behold, I received a message from my half-sister (no hyphens in family, so, sister). Thankfully, she sent her DNA sample to 23AndMe a short time ago. Never would have connected without 23AndMe. Thank you, so much!
