Advertise the health reports more

The ancestry part was interesting and clear. I would have liked to know about the many health and trait reports before choosing which reports to include. Luckily I asked for all reports and found them quite accurate.

Enjoying the test and also the the various surveys. When it comes to diet, I think you are missing out on valuable information. You'd asked if we eat grains and dairy, in various forms, but there were no questions about alternatives. For instance, yes I've eaten cereal but, but it was gluten free. Do I ever drink dairy milk ? Never. So what did I have that cereal with? Unsweetened almond milk. Do I sweeten my coffee with sugar ? I guess ? I use a prepared coconut milk or almond milk creamer, though. Do I eat breads, pizza, etc? Yes, but I eat gluten free bread and I use dairy free cheese. No options to incorporate those answers, but as more people opt for healthier diets, it's important. Maybe a question about diets tried should be included? Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Adkins, Paleo, Keto, Antinflamatory, Vegan, Gluten Free, FODMAPS, etc. Sorry this is in the reviews, I couldn't find anywhere to make suggestions.

i was surprised to find out i had ancestors from sweden. had no clue. not sure which side of the family they come from. i think 23 and me is a great way for a person to find out more about them self and where their family comes from.

my mother and brother did this as well through 23 and me and it didn't pair us as relatives at all. wouldn't waste any money on this.

Thank you for your feedback. If you are not seeing your relative in your DNA Relatives list, they likely aren't opted in to the DNA Relatives feature within their account. Keep in mind that DNA Relatives is an optional feature that we make available to customers who have been genotyped by 23andMe. In order to view a match within DNA Relatives, both parties need to participate in this feature. Please ensure that your relative has selected to participate in DNA Relatives.

Results incorrect !!!!!!

The results from 23andMe are incomplete. In my family DNA connection list it shows no one with the last name of Dyess. I know for a fact that several of my Dyess relatives have used this service yet it shows no connection to them. I wasted my money I will be testing with a different company and will not use or recommenced 23andMe to anyone

Thank you for your feedback. There are several reasons why an individual wouldn't appear in your DNA Relatives list:
- He or she does not yet have results
- He or she is not opted in to the DNA Relatives feature
- There was no genetic relationship found

Filled In My Missing Pieces

23 and Me helped me find my long lost family. I was able to track down the whereabouts of my biological paternal grandfather who passed away in 2013, he went missing from my grandmother and 8 kids including my father over 50 years ago. I found 3 of my Dads half sisters and Aunts, Uncles, and tons of Cousins. I was able to bring closure to my family after half a decade. It was truly a blessing and amazing unbelievable experience.

I purchased this kit a couple of months ago, and looking at some of the facts you have me with 88% african and yet there are no african showing as my 2nd,3rd or 4th relative, how is this?
