I have been just so happy and amazed with 23andme,,, I have just loved finding out so much about me,,, connecting with family and knowing there is so much left to do and find out,,

Not understanding the whole process

So much info was sent to me it really got confusing. Too many tech terms and words. It needs to be a little more simplified for the first time users. I'm sure after I read through ALL of it, I will eventually get the hang of how to wade through it all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a gift from my mom and I love it! I really love the research questions and the fact that reports are always being added.

DNA relatives

I received an email from 23 and me saying that I have more relatives but when I clicked on the link it said the site is not working and I tried several times.

wish 23andme had a place to see what matches i have on my dad's side , go to another page is see what matches i have on my mom's side.

Thank you for your feedback. The DNA Relatives feature can label your relatives that share DNA with both you and your parent. Please note that we are only able to label your relatives as paternal or maternal if you have that parent genotyped by 23andMe.

amazing family finds

I found my mother's family in Israel that a we didn't know existed in 2014. I also found my husbands family as well.
