Amazing!

I got this as a christmas gift and I loved it. I have always been into learning where I am from, and what I am. This was perfect and I learned a few new things that Not even my parents knew!

Found a 1/2 brother from my dad...who I've waited 52 years to find, as an adoptee..and so many more relatives I didn't know existed!

My siblings and I were told for as long as we can remember that we were part Cherokee. So to clarify without documentation, my sister and I had our DNA checked by separate companies. They both came back with the same heritage. Except no Cherokee. No Indian what so ever. Irish, English, German, and French.
Therefore, proof don't always believe family tales.

Fun experience

23andMe has given me a very fun experience a little disappointed with the lack of extra information probably because I was looking for proof of where my family had come from since I don't know much of them although I understand that 23andMe only can work whatever they have in file it was a very interesting experience and also some interesting facts of my past bloodline

I ordered both products (Health+Ancestry) about a year ago, and I am still learning new things! The DNA relatives feature is great, allowing users to connect with family they may be unaware of, and I learned of ancestry I was previosly unaware of. I also love the Health results, as well as having access to my raw data, for furhter interpretation!

exciting to learn about my ancestors

I was excited to receive the results of my 23 and me test sample. I was taken by surprise to learn after 58 years of life that my father was not the man I thought he was. finding out that my 7 brothers and sisters that I have known all my life were half brothers and sisters and I had another whole complete family that I never knew existed. and even more amazing was to find out all my life I wrongly believed I was mostly of Polish decent to find out I had 0 % Polish ancestors and I actually was of Latina decent????? WOW!! Crazy and exciting to find this out!
