Better Than The Rest

I am with two other dna companies and 23andMe is by far my favorite. The website is very easy to navigate. My favorite thing about 23andMe is that you can get maternal and paternal haplogroup at no extra cost. I also enjoy the research questions and studies the company shares with us.

My sister and i both did this. I dont understand why it says i am 3rd cousins with someone and she is 5th. We have over 1100 and tried directly to connect with people but we are all lost. Have not found one person on either accounts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so pleased with the service. After submitting my DNA I received my results with in 2 weeks. I have had so much fun connecting with family I did not know I had. The whole experience has been fantastic.

I am satisfied with this test. I do have another test result and would like to be able to have them both compared, but it doesn't seem to work. There are a few surprises and need more investigation. I don't think you would be disappointed with this kit.

It would be very useful to be able to make notes on matches.
One has to look at the comparisons too often.
Also, I have never gotten past about 100 matches. The 1179 never come up.
When you send me a message that I have 30 new relatives, I should be able to see the 30 new ones instead I have to go through all you let me see ( Not all matches). Why bother. I will likely not bother to check those messages again.

I bought 23 and me for myself and my mother. She has put a lot of info in about our family tree. All I can see is our DNA chart. We are sharing and one would think that anything she puts on for her parents , grandparents would show up on mine since she's listed as my Mother. Not sure how to ptoceed.
