Too many unidentifiable testers, initials only or no name. Web site not user friendly. Why not encourage testers to add surnames, update, tree info? I would only rec product if you are not finding matches at other companies. Comparison function does not provide much info. I have a cousin that I do not match autosomally with..but can see her kit. It would be nice if I could see testers that match both of us..ie but on diff chromosome.

I never knew there were so many people with the same last name as myself very Interesting! My only issue is that people don't seem to want to engage once they have done the test. I am so excited and it doesn't seem to excite other ones which makes me wonder why they bothered.
I'm so desperately looking for a second cousin from my dad's side of the family and there are two people who share both my last name and my grandmother's. However, don't seem to want to connect. That saddens me. I thought that's what was all about.

I joined for genealogy and it's not getting enough support in that area. The medical is nice however, so it just depends on what your after. I had both my children's dna done here and they were grandfather for the health reports. My daughter carries a gene that's dangerous for newborns. Her children were not affected, but now I know to get them tested. One grand daughter is a carrier so far, and I still have one to go.

I FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE A SISTER AFTER 73 YEARS. I ALWAYS THOUGHT I WAS AN ONLY CHILD. I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT I AM JEWISH, I THOUGHT I WAS IRISH AND ITALIAN. AMAZING
