I highly recommend 23&me , just do it ! We all need a clear understanding of where we come from ! I was a little disappointed with part of the outcome but that's no fault of 23 & Me . It was a good experience.

My husband gave me the kit as a Christmas present and it is the gift that keeps giving! Easy to use and the reports are full of information. Sometimes surprisingly new information.

I purchased just the ancestor report for my husband Christmas of 2016. He loved how easy it was and that you got to look at it online when it was done.
I decided I wanted to complete the ancestry and health report out of curiosity. I already know a large portion of my ancestry but wanted to see if the report would find anything new and see the generation break down it provides.
From shipment to report it took 4 weeks for my husband and 5 1/2 weeks for me. I assume this is because I ordered the health reports and he didn't.
I love the map and all the fun facts about DNA it provides. Great product in my eyes.
