I RECEIVED MY RESULTS AND WAS SURPRISED. MY MOM IS FULL BLOOD ITALIAN AND MY DAD WE KNOW WAS ]SPANISH , IRISH, AMERICAN INDIAN. MY RESULTS SHOWED ME AT 81 PERCENT EASTERN EUROPEAN! NO IRISH !AND 10 PERCENT NATIVE AMERICAN

I got my DNA coded and think its awesome! They were on it, especially when talking about my features. What my genes carried was also good to know, so many people seem normal and then they have kids with defects and wonder why, and not realize that sometimes we can be carriers to them. Its good to know why I have the traits I do, and where my genetic heritage late!

23andMe is the best testing site because it has a very well designed and easy to interpret site for chromosomal analysis. I would recommend starting your DNA search with them. If one is searching for relatives to contact, however, I would start somewhere else.

3 of us set them in the mail the same day. I received mine first. We had tons of laughs reading the info. We all want our grandparents to do it. It is the perfect gift to give someone that has everything or hard to buy for.

Interesting, but could be more comprehensive

The results are interesting, but I was really hoping you would have more information on genetic diseases that I might be pre-exposed to (especially with regard to cancer). This would allow us to take more preventative measures through lifestyle changes, screenings, etc to minimize our risk. I'm sure this echoes the sentiment of many of your customers as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
