The response time while within the time limit given when you first sign in, was a bit disappointing. However the results were worth waiting for.

Powerful Experience

The whole process was simple and easy. I just spit in a tube and you did all the work. I not only learned about my DNA, you did a great job of explaining about how DNA results combined with written records helps me see the whole picture. I assumed that DNA alone would tell me "who I am" and that it would be the same for all my siblings. I really appreciated the Neanderthal piece too -- it is fascinating. I do have straight hair and sneeze after consuming something extremely bitter (like dark chocolate). Now when that happens I do a little Neanderthal dance. The thing that struck me was feeling a sense that the branch I come from scientifically leads to the trunk of the tree that we all come from. It was a powerful and fun exercise. Thank you.

The 23andme product and service is a fantastic experience to know yourself and family history. The kit arrived quickly and is simple and easy to use. The website provides easy access and use, with tools to give meaningful insights. I is exciting and enlightening.

Got my results a week ago and now my coworkers brother and daughters want to do it. The process is exciting all the way through. Fill out research questions and help others!! I felt that was the most important part!! Thanks y'all love the app also!!! So easy to use!
