A life revelation!

I am very glad that I purchased my 23and me DNA results. It has been an exciting and positive revelation for me that has answered so many questions, some that I didn't even know I had. This has led me on a wonderful journey to learn of family I never knew existed. Thank you, 23and me!

Seemed like it took kind of long for results. Nothing surprising in my results, but that is no reflection on the product! Very easy to use and submit.

Overall, I think the total experience provided by the 23andme service was great. There is a lot to learn and gain from using this. The process is easy to use and follow and they provide a lot of information to go along with it. I personally was a little let down by the results I received on my Ancestry breakdown. I didn't really get the results I necessarily was seeking or expected, but at the end of the day that could be more on me than the service itself. If you are seeking to learn more about yourself and your family, please give this a try!

It was fun to see the actual breakdown of true ancesty; rather than relying on information passed down from relative to relative...ending up mostly being false and fanciful.

Thank you for your feedback. The population labels in Ancestry Composition refer to genetically similar groups, rather than nationalities. In general, we sought to make the populations as small as possible, subject to the constraint of being able to distinguish between them. Populations may be inherently difficult to distinguish because of historical mixing, or we might not have had enough data to tell them apart.
