How do I know my DNA is not being confused with so

I purchased this product to learn about my ancestry but as it turns out I am not the heritage which I came from my family it's kind of confusing I'm not sure why I have no Dutch blood in me and all I'm hearing is that it's German and Irish is this accurate or do I have someone else's DNA report how do I know that this is the real me

My husband and I both submitted samples and his results confirmed what he already knew about his heritage and mine revealed Some of what I knew but so much more. It can trace back 5 or more generations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was easy to do, I liked the results I got. I was offered a 69.99 sale price for my daughter. This is much better than the other DNA tests.

The learning experience was good. The quality of the report was quite poor and did not have the amount of analysis and depth of information that would've made this experience more interesting

I'm glad I chose 23andMe. The information was eye opening and surprising. It was presented in a clear, logical and scientific manner. I was very pleased with the amount of information and the navigation of the system.

My kit was a Christmas gift from a relative. It was interesting seeing the results once they came back, but the drive of the company to "upsell" me for information that might be useful left me feeling disappointed. The information provided by the kit test confirmed what I already knew from my family tree. Medical information would have been great, but not so much that I'm going to pay what 23 & Me is asking for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
