Because I am interested in genealogy, my daughter gave 23andme to me as a Christmas present. I was very interested in finding if I have native american ancestors, but I don't. The timeline is fascinating.

The information I got was disappointingly thin and did not live up to the promises of the ads I've heard. Waste of money.

The information would have shocked my Mom - she told us all sorts of stories but they do not match the DNA information
