I am from Mexico and no where on my results did I have even the slightest ounce of Mexican origin. Total waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not currently have a Mexican reference population. Individuals with Hispanic or Latino ancestry typically see a mixture of European, Native American, and sometimes African DNA.

I just received my results and love that I now know I'm not a carrier of disorders etc and love that I know why I am who I am and why I have certain things wrong and can work to better my health!

To find out that little bit more about yourself it's amazing the fact is that it took a lot of work just to make me it has been so much fun me and my brothers and my sister have been laughing and joking and cutting up about for weeks

We sent our samples in and expected a long wait for the results but were surprised that they arrived in less than 2 weeks.
The possible cousin matches came up with a person that I remembered as my 2nd cousin when I was growing up. I lost track of her for 55 years and we were reunited through 23 and me ... very exciting.
